Refunds. There are no refunds for any session including, late starts, no-shows, appointments with unused time, and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. I will wait 10 minutes for any appointment. If there is no connection within 10 minutes, the appointment is considered missed and a no-show. If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance via email.
